OccWellbeing works in partnership with PhysioMed to provide a physiotherapy treatment and advice service for staff who are experiencing joint, muscle or spinal problems that are preventing them from performing normal day-to-day duties. They must not already be receiving physiotherapy to access this service.Information for staff:
Once referred, PhysioMed will contact you within a maximum of 3 working days for an initial telephone assessment. This call will take approximately 45mins at a convenient time for you. Following the initial assessment, you will be advised on the best way to manage your condition, assisting your physical healing process.
If at any stage the physiotherapist feels that face-to-face, hands-on treatment would be more appropriate for the resolution of your condition, they will refer you into the PhysioMed network, which consists of over 780 practices across the UK.
Please note, all appointments come with a 24-hour cancellation policy.
