I just wanted to say, I had to visit your Bilton Annex site the other week as a customer and have to say I was blown away with the setup, from walking in the door to leaving, it was a fantastic experience, I cannot wait for my next visit. Hopefully not as a customer.
I would just like to say a big thank you to Kay for the input experience and time she gave today. Kay made me feel listened to and comfortable during my workstation assessment. She is good at her Job. The team are grateful to OccWellbeing for recent response to referrals and I know the team members Lucy saw last week were also pleased with the customer care they received.

From contacting the service and explaining my issue I was transferred to a lovely nurse who advised me I require an appointment with the doctor. I had no sooner put the phone down and a lady called me with an appointment to see the doctor. From start to finish I have never felt like such a valued employee. Such a great service, I am ever so grateful. Thank you.
Your nurse was amazing. I am very hard to get bloods from, but she did it first time and made me feel at ease. She explained the full procedure before, during and after. Very pleased. Thank you.
Ease of access, good parking. Warm welcome - met at reception by staff member giving me the vaccination, very friendly. All other staff members in the area said hello. Explanation, checks and consent done professionally. Vaccination was not painful. Great service experience.
