Occupational Health supporting attendance has a broad remit and plays an important role in supporting employers to maintain and promote employee health and wellbeing.
We provide advice to enable you to effectively manage sickness absence or work-related illness / accident. This includes advice on the Equality Act (2010) and the Working Time Regulations (1998).
We provide assessments to support with fitness to work or advice concerning a health issue that is affected by work or that may be affecting the ability to work and/or undertake certain aspects of work.
Occupational Health assessments are provided by professionally trained and suitably qualified occupational health staff who will provide advice in the form of a written report.
